Wessex Garages Kia Bristol staff were good because it was actually Ashley Loud who dealt with us not Robert. He was on hand to deal with any queries.
Ashley was very personable and knowledgeable. He was able to answer any queries we had. He made sure the car was spotless and went through all the controls with us as it was our first hybrid and automatic purchase.
Post purchase we had a couple of queries which were quickly answered.

I was happy with the service at Wessex Garages Kia Bristol because we were looked after very well during all visits and nothing was too much trouble. The salesperson was in no rush with us despite being with him until 6.45pm.
Unfortunately l am unable to comment on salesperson Tadas Gaciauskas as we didn't deal with him. We were well looked after by Nabeel who was very patient, polite and helpful. Handover was carried out by Harry who again was very helpful despite a slight delay in confirming that we had paid for the car the day before.
